REFUNDS

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the product, and in NEW CONDITION, and we will give you a full refund/exchange, no questions asked.  For returns postmarked more than 14 days after receipt, we will give either 1) a full store credit or 2) an 80% refund, for any merchandise returned to us in it's original new condition. Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request (exchange/refund, size or style wanted in exchange, etc.)  on the package, and be sure RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE. We DO NOT cover shipping costs for returned items. 

Where applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately upon our receipt of the returned item, or we will send you a replacement product or store credit as per your instructions and where applicable.
